OSB used to be a good place. Currently there is a lot of politicking and there is no job security. Some of the onshore managers/directors show bias and treat the Indian staff poorly. They go unchecked

It was in 2018 when I had a couple of opportunities to switch my job and I chose to work for OSB India. I feel proud and happy to be a part of this organisation. It has been a good experience with great learning so far. Covid was a tough challenge for the world, there were challenges around job security, hikes and appraisals, flexibility to work remotely, career progress. OSB has always been people centric and culture driven, employees were taken care in the best way during these tough times. Talk about career growth, there's a lot of opportunities to pick and learn. Eventually the experience is all that matters and there's something for everyone for a happy living. It's a mix of people with wide experience, great skillset. Traffic in Bangalore is hell, Waste management system needs improvement, Roads and Infrastructure in Bangalore needs to be planned better!! - Well, with all this we love Bangalore for its weather, culture, flexibility and We feel safe. There's nothing to dislike about OSB. Challenges makes us better!

Job security is ok until you prove yourself working good and have talent and skills depends on individual. Happy that work load balance is manageable here except the phones are not allowed for IT.

Dislikes

Company policies, transport, no mobile allowed, growth is very slow even performed well and high rating.No Gymnasium, cafeteria food is average not upto mark, very limited parking with strict rules.

Its a good place to work except Growth Opportunities in terms of Hikes and Promotions. Job security is good and atmosphere is also fine in terms of Work life balance.
