Onboarding new hires: Conduct joining formalities as per the process and provide a good on boarding experience. Provide your feedback to enhance Day 1 experience to the new hires • Post-Onboarding: Liaise for Bank account opening, generating Employee IDs in HRMS and complete the Personnel files • Personnel files: Maintaining personal files and all records related to employee life cycle as per ISO standards • HR Letters: Produce error free letters within stipulated timelines • Administer offer letters to the selected candidates • Make recommendations to improve departmental procedures and processes • Perform other role-related duties as needed • Ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations • Maintains strict confidentiality of client, company, and personnel information • Maintain the companys compliance standards and follow code of conduct 5. Experience Requirements • 0-6 months of prior experience in HR role
