Job Description


  • Conduct and Organize Training Programs: Facilitate new hire preprocess and induction training, communications training, compliance, and regulatory training.
  • Support Projects, Migrations, and Change-Related Training: Assist with training deliverables and requests as a deputy.
  • Manage New Hire Training Delivery: Oversee end-to-end new hire training as assigned by the Training Manager and Lead.
  • Recommend Process Improvements: Propose changes to the new hire training schedule and reporting mechanisms from a time and cost perspective.
  • Highlight Risks and Issues: Communicate any risks and issues related to the batch with the Training Lead.
  • Review and Resolve Issues: Address and close all issues post-delivery of new hire training.
  • Content Management: Understand content documentation, management, and review processes.
  • Develop High-Quality Training Materials: Create training materials in line with industry standards and internal development frameworks (e.g., PPTs, user guides, handbooks) for managed processes.
  • Effective Communication Management: Maintain effective verbal and written communication with leads and stakeholders before, during, and after training delivery.
  • Assess Training Needs: Accurately identify and assess organizational, departmental, and training program needs for new hires and refreshers.
  • Ongoing Support for Projects and Changes: Support training delivery related to projects, changes, and migrations as required (design/delivery).
  • L&D and Behavioural Training: Deliver and support learning and development and behavioural trainings as per availability.
  • Conduct Post-Training Assessments: Evaluate the ROI on training requests managed through post-training assessments.
  • Align Refresher Training: Align refresher training sessions to enhance staff performance and achieve organizational goals post-delivery.
  • Post-Handover Support: Conduct and support post-handover activities for the smooth transition of staff from training to operations during the second month.
  • Competency-Related Activities: Support competency-related activities for new hires during the training phase.
  • Critical Thinking and Decision Making: Actively participate in team decision-making and problem-solving processes.
  • Align Actions with Business Goals: Ensure that actions are consistent with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop Relationships: Foster effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Publish Weekly Updates: Provide weekly updates on personal progress.
  • Effective Communication Techniques: Use effective interpersonal and interdepartmental communication techniques.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs based on gap assessments.
  • Variety of Training Methodologies: Use diverse training methodologies, techniques, and tools to maximize program effectiveness.
  • Effective Training Principles: Ensure the application of effective training principles, methods, and philosophies.
  • Collaboration with UK People Development Team: Work with the UK People Development team to agree upon and oversee training delivery and content.
  • Meetings and Updates: Attend meetings and provide updates and input at various levels within the business and with external teams.
  • Proactive Material Management: Investigate, report on, and amend training material to reflect current issues and resolutions.
  • Policy Awareness: Maintain awareness of company policies and procedures to ensure up-to-date training and appropriate refresher sessions.
  • Management Information and Reporting: Produce relevant management information and reports to demonstrate training effectiveness and identify development areas at individual, team, and departmental levels.
  • Compliance Standards: Maintain the companys compliance standards and complete compliance training.

Personal Development: Self-register for development training courses available on the in-house LMS based on personal learning needs.
