There are lot of initiatives with current technology like Generative AI, GPT and more which is a great opportunity for all to learn something new. Freedom to research your own idea and all ideas are welcome. They listen but not 100%.

Dislikes

Frequent reorganisation changes in the leadership and below management. It’s good to an extent but changing mid of the year every year makes it difficult for employees who had to report to new manager and end up breaking the bonding. At times the new managers end up giving low ratings due to lack of communication.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
