Favour to favourite people irrespective of the fact whether they are able to support in company's end goal. Poor performance people getting carrier growth and awesome appraisals whereas the talented people and just because they are not the favourite of leadership they are not getting any thing.

Target based attendance Chart based target like 25-35 charts target per day. If you don't achieve it you will not be paid for that day. Managers and gtl are in handingloves with each other for this scam. No promotion, no growth at all like 2 year experienced coder get the same salary as newly joined trainee fresher. Incentive modelis also very bad. 2 year experienced coder get 16k salary which is way below to the market pay. If your giving your 8-9 hr for something and in return you are getting unpaid, this is nothing but new age slavery. Filthy mindset of managers. Pulling down good resources when they see them growing and developing in the name of policy. Demotivating the team members in 1-1 calls and doing extravagant comments during team calls. Not giving promotions to deserving developers.

Now Optum is not good place to work as there is no promotion salary increment is also very poor, work presure also reached high, people are working in mentally pressurised by management, and at end of the year manager says this year there are no promotion even you completed tasked assigned and reached your beyond capacity employees are very dissatisfied in optum.

Hikes and promotions are less. Hike will be around 10-15 percent max for good performance.. for average it will be in single digit.

1. No salary hike and variable pay since last 3yrs, if you get average rating. This is shocking as these things happen in service based companies mostly. 2. Canteen food is unhealthy and expensive. 3. NP of 90days is a setback for looking at outside opportunities.
