Not satisfactory when comes to promotion The real talent is under appreciate Or you can say never get consideration. Management have their favorites and the promotions are reserved for them irrespective of their knowledge or talent. Work environment is not at all like MNC Seems to be vegetable market no work ethics, mentally of management is mean They are more interested in affairs or who is dating whom whose wearing what. The woman who is the head of the management never encourages other women. Need to change their set of mind in many aspects....Read More
