Back to previous company
Hello, is it good to hop back to previous company if you don't like the work culture, environment in the new company?
I joined this new organisation just three months ago. Any suggestions/feedback, please feel free to comment.

Bhai, it’s tough when the work culture doesn’t vibe with you. If your previous company treated you well, it might be worth considering.
Have you spoken to your manager about the concerns? 🤔

If you’ve left the previous company for growth, maybe you can reassess if that’s still possible now.

I’ve been in similar situations! If the culture is making you uncomfortable, and the previous company was a better fit, maybe it’s worth a shot to go back.

How to Deal with a Chatty Colleague?

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit...
I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?
I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
