A non-data-science-knowledgeable manager was assigned to oversee my work, which significantly hindered my growth and learning. This manager frequently assigned projects that lacked depth and relevance to my field, often coming up with dummy tasks or just POC that did not contribute to my professional development. As a result, I was unable to engage in meaningful production grade data science work that would have advanced my skills and career. No appraisal no hikes no promotion the management was not good they are not least bothered about their employees. Head office was in gurgaon but those people develop their self they will not give much importance to Hyderabad employees A part from IT sector if you randomly ask with any operational team you will get the same answer their is politics. The manager will change every year optum will provide a survey every year how the organisation is running for every employee but the manager will call us and they will take the control from us and fill the forms and give rating 5/5 for the organisation and for themself .If any onshore people is reading this please make this issue it's very bad for the organisation...Read More
