They will give you good maternity leave but once your back you will be overloaded with work without any courtesy which will effect your mental and physical health, team members and manager will be involved in this as you went for maternity leave (This is called as healthcare company which never care for the good health of its staff). Politics is at its peak, manager will not tell before how to improve career and what all learning need to be done but after giving bad rating he will give 1000 advise. Higher management is not supportive until and unless you do chamchagiri which is not everyones cup of tea.
