In my around 3 years in the organization, what I have learnt about OIT is that it keeps employees at the core everything. The leadership did a commendable job of handling the Covid situation and drafted the BCP in a matter of days. We were the first few organizations that starting working remotely at the very onset of the pandemic. Now, with more than a year working from home, OIT is providing all possible support to its employees, starting from arranging for medicines and medical equipment, to providing extra paid leaves to take care of our families. The coffee machine, the tissue papers in toilet, the system team, the view from cafeteria window, the security guards, the canteen boy, the neighbor is chhaya prokasani and the golgappa stall nearby.

This CMMI 3 newbie has more passengers than howrah station that comes in and leaves by almost every day. The sweet mama bear HR's expression goes from laughing Buddha to Amber Heard when someone asks the reason or resigns. The trick is to hire you for very short term for specific work with provided a life making encouragement and hope of learning... co-founder's bottom becomes heavier than their eyes when someone resigns and then you will feel your necessity to the company till the last minute of your notice period to get the noc exp letter. How dare you to not wait for them to fire you! Developers are like the illeagal child of the heads, founders and VPs, they knows very well that they are the real assets and can be driven by the heads without any consent of their managers.
