Worst experience ever. We didn't get salary from 1 years, management having lots of excuses. No salary hike, no appraisal in past 2 years. Finally I leave the job.

Human resource management not effective in Optimize IT, Kolkata. Hire and fire policy practiced silently with no prior warning given to the resource. No job security at all for anyone except the management friends and relatives. Work life balance can be ranked in negative numbers. Management doesn't even care that you have a family. The so called chief architect are full of mistakes and every time some how they will shift the blame i nto the PM and make them answerable.
