Best working culture for any CMMI 3 level company in Kolkata. Great training environment with great colleagues. Management body good. Work pressure moderate. Lots of opportunity to learn about new technology and process. One of the few CMMI 3 lvl companies works on Amazon AWS

Sprint planning failed to follow many times. Process need to be upgraded. Project Analysis need to improve for projects. Project planning not followed results increase pressure on development timeline.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Compensation is good but growth is slow. The company is still working on old age technologies whereas the latest versions of similar technology are running in the industry. Sometimes work pressure can be high.
