1. Notice period is of 3 months, and not negotiable. 2. Management need to take care of the process closely. 3. Must hire skilled resources at senior level. Most of the PM and Leads are not aware of the basic organization processes.

Currently, management has been changed so nothing can be predictable either you are fresher or in management.

However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
