The higher management of the company is very supportive and involved in problem solving. Optimize is very strict on process adherence. I like the training schedule for skill upgrade for all employees.

Dislikes

Need to work on maintenance type projects a little more.

Nothing except on time salary.

Dislikes

No job security at all for anyone except the management friends and relatives. Work life balance can be ranked in negative numbers. Management doesn't even care that you have a family. The so called chief architect are full of mistakes and every time some how they will shift the blame into the PM and make them answerable. The PM andleads are specifically asked to put pressure as much as possible to the resources because of impossible deadlines and in front of resources they use to put entire blame to the PM only....Read More
