while there were a couple of things that seemed pleasant, they didn't quite make up for the overall experience.

Dislikes

The major problem was the senior support. Despite their claims of expertise, their assistance was often slow and ineffective. It felt like reaching out for help was an exercise in futility, as their solutions were either delayed or failed to address the core issues.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Leadership lacks vision and often makes decisions without consulting the team. Opportunities for advancement are scarce, and there's little support for professional development.
