Pay increases are rare, we have to report 8 hours compulsory every day or get warnings. Sometimes we have to double book customers to make the 8 hours. It's difficult to get work from home.

Avoid working for this company as the salary packages aren't worth it. Employees face mistreatment, and job duties are different from what was promised. Higher officials has less sincerity and often using toxic individuals to insult others. Internal politics are widespread. we never get good technical advancement from this company.

Being with Opsio for the past few months, i can say this organization is really the right place, if you are planning to grow and learn. 1. The work environment here is great and collaborative 2. Growth opportunities here is huge, i joined in here 6 months back, and my learning curve here has definitely has improved. 3.The flat organization structure here gives us more flexibility to reach out management. 4. Seniors in this organization are always available to help. 5. Learning opportunities are provided whenever you need them. Definitely a place if you would like to learn and grow and also contribute for an organization's growth. This place is not for sluggers, who take advantage of a flexible and friendly management. You don't belong here, if you only want money and produce zero output. I have seen comments, where people say strict timing/not WFH etc, i would just like to reiterate "prior to covid, there was no hybrid culture in many of the companies" and also Opsio is pretty clear during the interview process that we do not encourage WFH here, to satisfy the interview process, people knod their heads for everything and contribute in peanuts after they enter the company and then complaint that the organization is strict.in timing....Read More

I have started my journey with opsio in March 2024 and it's the 2nd organization I am working in, I must say the way this growing organization(relatively young) treats their employees in terms of professionalism, opportunity and growth is very rare to encounter in today's business environment.

Opsio is a great company for those who challenge the odds in hope of creating something better. This place is not for those who easily succumb to pressure and deadlines. Some of the best attributes of Opsio are 1) Learning never stops 2) Respect and recognition 3) Compensation 4) Wide array of opportunities.

Don't Sign up for this Company. Indians are treated poorly by the management whenever a problem arises. There is a big lack of work-life balance. The timings are 12:30 to 9:30. They still send warning letters, even if you are a minute late. They force employees to work till 9:30 and don't provide cab services to ladies. Due to "cost-cutting" measures, there is a female engineer who must make a 20-kilometer trip by herself home alone by 9:30 night by public services. Out of a team of 20 people in the India team, 5 people have submitted their resignation in the last three months due to the managements hostility. The country manager handles everything because there is no HR. In a meeting aimed at reprimanding at the Indian staff, the management stated that they believe employees are replaceable.
