Good team members to bond with Managers are cooperative and helpful Brainstorming sessions on various tech topics and research paper discussions

Appraisals are not so good as budget allocation is pretty low on Business unit level You have free food but that is not so good There is little scope of learning new tech with the kind of overload you have with feature tasks
