Job Security is good. You have a less chance to be fired. Work Culture and Management is also good , they treat you as humans in office. No Company policies exists as such except they will do everything for you not to join any other trading firm.( They wont increase your pay either)

Dislikes

Pathetic Work Life Balance. No place for appraisal . You complete a year today and your salary increases 1.5 years later. Not much growth in terms of career and learning except that you are in Gurgaon. Good thing is no Politics . All are equal.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
