Though the company has very good list of clients, they do not treat there employees as asset. False commitment and no transparency at the time of appraisal process. Management is more inclined towards getting new business and clients but do not pay proper attention on existing clients or the employee who are working for existing clients. Ask to sign 2 years bond and gives peanuts at the time of appraisal. Invalid salary cuttings under performance related bonus where employee could never see actual client feedback. Etc...
