Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive & the management is transperant. Company policies are good, appraisals are fir & they give hood hike & bonus.

The job is quite interesting! I learnt almost everything on this job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats & that helped ne get a taste of different roles within the same team.
