Likes

The owners of the company, Dharmesh Shah and Farah Khan are very approachable and friendly.

Dislikes

The company does not keep its promise. I was promised that I would be officially made a team leader and assigned a team within 3 months of joining if I performed well. I not only performed but outperformed everybody else and many other things for the company that were not a part of my duties. But I never got promoted. I felt used by the company.

Work Details

A hire and fire company. Not a 5 day working company. Incentives are very low. It's a small BPO. No one cares for tenured employees. They are just fired.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
