The job is quite interesting l struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session learnt everything on the job I got achance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Because of worng people have in management who never respected their workers even a man had 5 years working experience or something they just regret their workers, they are just giving increments only their like or dislike.
