There is a totally political atmosphere and work culture in OMYA. It is really very difficult to work in this kind of culture with superiors. Plant manager to dept. head all are very much worst to provice co-oparation.

Dislikes

There is no job security level at OMYA. You can loss your job any time without any notice and letter. HR department and overall structure is very poor.

I had worked with OMYA with designation of Accounts & Admin Executive. I was discontinued by the OMYA after 1 year and 6 month without any reason and notice given by them.
