Managements decision to keep the work from home culture permanent. Work from home gives you more work life and personal life balance hence you can be more productive at both sides. I have to admit that here you find the best incentive plan that i don't think another organizations offering currently.

Being working in travel line for about 7 years in almost 9 Organisations,this is the best company I have ever worked with,and will continue to work here and retire from here.
