Company organised the work in such a way due to any unforeseen circumstances after the pandemic work will not hamper and if work will not hamper employee will not loses their jobs. Company have good paid out policies with many incentive plans

From the day one, I am enjoying working with Omprime, we get great support and assistance by our upper management. The main part is the salary and the Incentive, which motivates the agent to work harder and to earn more.

Dislikes

As in there are no drawback about the company, the one who understand his job role properly, will not feel any drawback.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Never ever join this company if you want to make your life hel*, your most welcome, Do you all know how much salary do they offer it's 30K INR only , now a days you can easily get 50K anywhere if you are sales agents. The manager's of India office never raise any question to their decision, Can you guys believe we used to get 50% of TIPS that we use to receive from our booking, They guys took that also they are not even giving 10% of it, There is a different rules for Moldova office and India office if Modi ji would have my friend I would have asked him to KICK THIS COMPANY OUT OF OUR COUNTRY...Read More
