In starting HR representatives told about very good things about the company but nothing is good here.

Company will not care if you are sick or you are dying. Even after you show the medical documents you have to beg for shift changes . Basic human empathy is not there in managers They will ask to work on weekoff or give you PIP. Stupid HR don’t know English and no info about policy themselves. They find ways to terminate

Very bed environment for work. Management changing their rules continously without any consent of employees.

Quality management are from Ussia. They are very unprofessional and do promotions on favoritism. They made supervisor to people who are boss spoon and do politics. Unprofessional attitude of managers. No environment for interpersonal relationships and only negativity in teams.
