Work life balance is next to non existent. Everyone works very hard. Working late hours or on holidays is very common among the high achieving employees of the company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
