Likes

Colleagues are really helpful and easy going. Few people may even go out of their way to help you out. Food and snacks are on the house.

Dislikes

The old timers more than 15+ years get uncomfortable with new talented person. They will make his life difficult in every way possible. New management sucks big time, forcing people to relocate to Blr with no relocation benefits. The talented pool of leaders were let go recently and toxic ones are taking over. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
