As a developer working directly for SBI Life Insurance. you will be given ownership of yours tasks and have the autonomy to drive development initiatives.

Dislikes

A major problem is that ther's often limited develoment when working on existing projects. Even when development is required, you often have to work with poorly written code from previous developers. Despite being a developer, you may be asked to perform manual testing due to lack of a dedicated testing team. Developers are often responsible for testing their own work. As an outsourced employee, you might be expected to work from 9:30 AM to 7:30 Pm, even though the official working hours are 9:30 hours GitHub or similar tools are often not used for code sharing. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
