The advance machineries in metal Additive manufacturing gives a great skill set and experience in the field.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No matter who you are you will always be treated like a labour. No management. No one to listen to your problems. High expectation. Salary increment of only 6-8%. No promotion. No work evaluation and assessment startegy. No training.
