It's difficult to get a release from the project, even when the reasons are valid they won't leave you, but if they want to fire you , they will do it giving 30 days notice

Hyderabad office is nice one, all teams are accessible, friendly work environment. There will be opportunities to involve in POC, product development ideas, other client engagements. only freshers has the advantage of going through training and gain learning on latest technologies, laterals have to find their own ways to get better in their job ( not much support I see from company for learning). Senior roles have unexpected challenges, candidates switched from MNCs will surprise to see project timelines and deliverables management. no process driven, project schedules are very adhoc (un-predictive), no standards followed .

I worked as Architect, there is lack of planning and sudden/surprise tasks come up without plan and schedule. I am quite amazed at how projects completed.
