I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Honestly the work life balance is better than most companies. Only join if you are experienced or a fresher looking for experience.

Company hikes are above avg only if you’re a billable resource. Washrooms are good and tea coffee machine is available minus the canteen.

No scope of learning anything new. They don’t know how to utilise a resource properly. They can fire anytime and sometimes just they ask for one day resignation involuntarily. Recently they are fighting a court case against one employee whom they fired when she returned back to work after a long sick leave.
