Team bonding is great. Many technical things to learn up to band 7.

Dislikes

Very aggressive schedule, one person has to support multiple team - if customer raises issues and escalates then that has to be looked into even in odd hour. no matter it is holiday or night.

Work Details

I am responsible for software delivery and support. End to tracking till closure of project. Technically supporting team for troubleshooting and removing impediments.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
