NTT Data has a wonderful place to work. Organisation has been a source of my bread and butter for a decade.

Dislikes

Organization is prefect (almost all are) but the issue is with managers, VPS where they would prefer their loved ones/bucket holders to be promoted. There is no fair chance to provide equal opportunity when it comes to upskilling, promotion etc. I believe this is a unusual issue. Will have to leave with it

Work policy: Worl from office totally depends on clients, some of the teams are having Permanenet WFH, whereas some are having permanent WFO, and some of the teams having hybrid model

The people are great and supportive. Timely salary and good resources.

Dislikes

Not much appraisal, didn't liked the assignment provided. Regret wasting some time in unwanted project. Learnt a lesson to quit rather than doing unsuitable task.

Company culture is a huge positive, employee friendly policies , fortunate to have good colleagues. Every festival is celebrated with equal enthusiasm and feels like a huge get-together. Work life balance is decent and work gets distributed evenly among team members most of the time .

Dislikes

Technology in use is not up to today's standards and getting opportunities outside based on these skills might be difficult.

Everything. No job security. Hire and fire people. No promotions, very less hike. No documents for their policies. No proper structure in management to deal with the concerns. Higher management (Srini Nunna) favours his relatives. Even without proper experience he keeps them in projects and fire others.

Better don't go in NTT all are in client location .In bengaluru Canara bank cyber security center.Bank people are worst no support from NTT. No body can surivive within three months.if any one join within three months he will put resignation.Better don't join in NTT

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.
