Fruits in canteen. Good Diwali bonus. Professional and helpful colleagues. Near to Ram Mandir railway station at a walking distance. Salary is competitive. Hybrid work environment. 2 days from office. Night shift allowance Rs 600 / day as of 2023. Training and tools are awesome. Less office politics.

Pathetic work life balance in Network Operations Team. Compulsion of 2 years bond for getting bonus in 2022 was worst decision of the company. They need to increase team size. HR policies are not employee friendly.

no work life balance, management will give you work of every position if your are tier 1 you may have to work like Tier 2 , Tier 3 and some of managers as well and if any escalation happens you will be held responsible for that . In terms of appraisal ,generally appraisal's procedure gets completed till April or May of the year but here appraisal gets effective from nov-dec month which is almost 7-8 months late . when they good perks but whats is the benefit of those perks if you don't have work life balance and lots of mental torture at management level. Senior management behave life road side people and if you are on notice period you will be targeted and will be mentally tortured for being on notice period....Read More

As a fresher it is the worst company even for experience i would say as they do not terminate but torcher you to that extend where u will resign itself. Also they cut 10% Varialble which they say they will give in 6/6month of interval (THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ) and they will state the reason performance base. In accounts Payable they have the worst team management +membeemr +Manager are worst over here. Senior have made there place and reports silly silly mistake of fresher to manager via email ! And then manager takes one on one meet where he abuses you verbally insults you and many more there is no mental peace over here also your whole personal/family life will be damage if we joint NTT as whithin the team itself there are seniors who play dirty games to save their own mistakes and blame on the fresher...Read More

Manager driven. HR policies are just for name sake. People use the offer and counter. Both side PF in deducted from employee package. Taking your personal leave is also an issue to the managers here as if you are asking for their kidney or lever.

One of the worst manager you can see from this company if ur managers fevorite what everyou need you will get if ur not in his hand you need to suffer for 5 min late also I suggest you don't go to US bank process
