10 hours of shift and just one side cab service. Yearly hike and bonus is pathetic Promotion depends on your relation with your manager.

Before COVID the management was good

Don't expect any hike or bonus even though you perform well management will come up with story budget issue and no proper office setup for employees no cafeteria and good food arrangement and no work life balance due to the night shift. Promotion and appraisal happenes based on manager favorites not on skill set and HR system is worst no proper setup to address the employee concerns

The elephant has different tusks for show and different ones for eating. Nothing to like about it.

Clients are erratic and nonsensical. Team managers are double-standard snakes. Fake, big promises in town hall in front of clients but none of them are followed. Ask candidates to leave without any reason. Hollow company fully. Appraisals are 2% by giving reasons for the company's cost-cutting. Directors, reporting managers who are sycophants of management pocket the employee's appraisal money.

U can feel u will lose job at every second target are high, politics, stressed job, they will treat u like a slave. If u k to accept the politics u will survive otherwise u can't I don't recommend for experience

They dont think anything about employees, only think about their benefits not sure whether they had or have project or not they put resource on bench and help to complete 90 days and say tata bye bye. after LWD we saw on different job portal what we found they are hiring for the same role which i was hired and fired for the same. dont know what kind of culture it is,

There is no job security. All of a sudden they will take decisions even don't think about how loyal employees are and how long they worked with them and background of the employee family situations also. finally they will expect loyalty and integrity from employees but vise versa it won't.

Politics ... People like to there for long years and do not encourage the new commers. Ultimately they try to put down new commers by providing false Information and try themselves to become expert in front of leadership team. Specially Indian Bid Team.. India and middle East bid teams are very weak.

Laser, smile and ICL surgeries Wrost company ever, the environment and treating employees like school/college, micro monitoring, no benefit, no skill development, if you need leave needs to loop Director in the email chain, If you need break only 15 mits time Security will ask you id number for login time and you have to write logout time in ledger book every day without miss.

Initial Projects: I appreciated the opportunity to work on projects with SAP Labs, gaining exposure to different aspects of SAP ABAP development. Colleagues and Scrum Master: The colleagues and Scrum Master were generally supportive and friendly but not always. The initial projects had a positive work environment.

Project Transition Challenges: Unfortunately, my positive experience took a turn when I abruptly rolled off my third project, due to budget issues. This was unexpected and left me with very little time to find an alternative within the company. Lack of Clear Communication: The transition process lacked clear communication, and therewere challenges in understanding project requirements. Colleagues were often occupied with their tasks, making collaboration difficult. Role Shifts: My role shifted significantly from development to mainly testing and configurations, which wasn't aligned with my expertise and background. The interview process did not adequately prepare me for the ISU module focus in 3rd project. I would say it is govt company where you get the job opportunities and fill the inp according to your profile… But never go in AR us healthcare process they have bed culture, bad support, nobody think about even if you done good job they never give you hike in salary… they will treat like asking you always about the production, the job opportunities and appraisal only for management…: do not waste your precious time here you can join R1Rcm Finthrive or Corohealth etc but don’t go in NTT for AR profile… but other IT processes that are running in NTT are good…...Read More

Every week management sends new policies and it is implemented the same day. not allowed WFH. micromanagement to watch in/out of time and enter the registered book daily with time. strictly followed dress code policy. Salary will credit delay.
