If your position falls between L0 and L3, you are treated poorly, almost as if you are the lowest-ranking person in the company. Employees in these positions are not treated as human beings. The company sets unrealistic targets and has unreachable expectations, which can negatively impact your work-life balance. Ask candidates to leave without any reason. Hollow company fully. Appraisals are 2% by giving reasons for the company's cost-cutting. Directors, reporting managers who are sycophants of management pocket the employee's appraisal money.
