Remote working is the onky good thing I liked about it.

Management is unskilled, don't have domain knowledge and still involved in operations and act to be a Puppet of client without understanding the things and their implications.

I worked at this firm for a few months and I observed that there is no respect for the dignity of work. If your position falls between L0 and L3, you are treated poorly, almost as if you are the lowest-ranking person in the company. Employees in these positions are not treated as human beings. The company sets unrealistic targets and has unreachable expectations, which can negatively impact your work-life balance. The higher management is the worst, and it feels like a very political company. It seems like anyone skilled in office politics can get ahead. The elephant has different tusks for show and different ones for eating. Nothing to like about it.

Clients are erratic and nonsensical. Team managers are double-standard snakes. Fake, big promises in town hall in front of clients but none of them are followed. Ask candidates to leave without any reason. Hollow company fully. Appraisals are 2% by giving reasons for the company's cost-cutting. Directors, reporting managers who are sycophants of management pocket the employee's appraisal money.

They dont think anything about employees, only think about their benefits not sure whether they had or have project or not they put resource on bench and help to complete 90 days and say tata bye bye. after LWD we saw on different job portal what we found they are hiring for the same role which i was hired and fired for the same. dont know what kind of culture it is,
