The worst part within Novartis is the "Role Impact". Once your role is impacted, the company will kick you out without any redeployement opportunity.

working with Novartis has been a worst experience. There is no job security and the employess are fired on the name of Business Impact or Role Impact. The company does not care about the job security of anyone.

Lots of candidates who give interview’s don't hear back even after clearing all the rounds of interview as they are not willing to provide even a basic 20-30% hike. 2. People work in a frear ful work enviornment. Perception based culture. Colleagues do not trust each other. Internal office politics is at its peack. Management has no vision for employees. Management lies on the face. Performance apprisal is based on word of mouth. Extreme favoritism can be seen everywhere. Hire & fire policy. Lack of opertuinity to grow internally. Work life balance is amazing, tech is good, salary is great, benefits are great, company culture is awesome. Lot of involvement with business stakeholders gives exposure

Dislikes

Opportunities for growth are less, if someone is pure techie, may get disappointed with the kind of work. Some days pressure is a lot, while most other days are quite breezy.
