During exclusive sales and distributions agreement with other company, company did not have any plan to retain its loyal, hard working, talented and high performing team members.

a lead engineer

After Switch, Feeling lost in a career. Specially after working in good companies, MNCs, Captives etc.

I have 10 YOE I joined a fintech company as a senior lead developer (java, cloud) in October 24 CTC 37. Everything is good here. Eg . Worklife balance, work from office/home , stability, project manager. only issue is java work is less and stuck in Financial product where we need to deploy test and mostly do configuration changes. This is my 5th company. What would be the advice? is that okay to change comapny in 5-6 months? how to proceed ahead with the career ?
