I have work in NOVARTIS INDIA LIMITED.. very good work cultures but higher management is notorious.. not NOVARTIS

Dislikes

In NOVARTIS India top level management don't know how to manage people but known well how to terminate them. As a novartis employee I love the organization policy but disappointed from management

Novartis India was a great company to work at, since the toxic leadership duo of Mr. Sanjay Murdeshwar & Ajay Kapoor took over. They ruined the culture, finished marketing thurst and ended up sacking 400 employees for the failures, incompetence and inefficiency of Management.

Dislikes

As I said, Novartis was a great company to work at till the time toxic leadership was chipped in . They sacked 400 employees with decades of dedicated services for no cause.

In early days culture was good.

Last three years consistently company is growing with double desit but this year on Feb without giving any reason company lay off 400 employee and in a day everyone family comes on the road .
