In-line Promotion is very difficult after Manager position, Next role promotion through Assessment centres are illogical. Year end increment have been on lesser side, less feedbacks are provided

Excellent work culture promoting growth and development of expertise in particular area.

Dislikes

People once worked in Novartis are habituated with working to confined tasks and can't explore work beyond comfort zone. Outside company culture can be disaster for the people associated for long term with Novartis. Once company cuts down the head count, difficult to get another job, due to confined work area knowledge and exposure.

People work in a frear ful work enviornment. Perception based culture. Colleagues do not trust each other. Internal office politics is at its peack. Management has no vision for employees.
