Likes

Working in Novartis was always rewarding and recognised and thats the best part of Novartis Culture.

Dislikes

Some stringent Approval Process which was leading to delay in decision making.

Work Details

It was really Rewarding and recognised i won total 12 awards out of that two were National Champion so overall it was great company to work and looking forward to rejoin in future if i got good opportunity

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
