NT is a good platform to start on career as a fresher. The work culture and atmosphere is excellent, team leaders and managers are very transparent which helps partners to develop their performance . Dislikes

Career growth is more partial comparatively and its too slow. Compensation is also not that great. There is no proper on the job training by the seniors most commonly they make the newly process learners to train wherein they will only be having very few knowledge about the process which leads to more errors and time consuming for both analysts and senior analyst.
