1. Office environment and culture is good. 2. Additional allowance is provided for those travelling to office for work (not incase of WFH) 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Work Life Balance is good in most of the projects.

Dislikes

1. Projects - most of them are legacy applications built for the Capital Markets 2. No enhancements or upgradations are happening in terms of technology. Someone looking for growth in terms of technology will not feel motivated to work. 3. People with the business knowledge have an edge over the others as most of the enhancements require a deep understanding of the business. 4. No proper training sessions are conducted for the new joiners to make then acquainted to capital market terminologies and the flow of business. 3. Appraisal system is very unclear. Favouritism is reflected when someone close to the manager and management gets better ratings than others. 4. Very strict WFH policy of just 4 days WFH in a month. For any additional WFH request, one has to go through a tough approval process. 5. Salary for existing employees is not as per the market standards. 6. Only new hires and freshers are provided with good salary. After that it depends on the appraisal system, which is not very transparent. 7. They used to give good benefits to employees. no Diwali gifts. The Bonus was terrible this year. In mid term appraisal time they gave rating and told any increment will be added to the year end bonus. This time the year end bonus is less than previous year. That does not make any sense. CEO promised to give good increment this year to the basic pay. But they didn't keep their word. Last year the hike was around 20%. This year its 6%....Read More

As usual things may get delayed sometimes maybe the release process and other things that goes a lot beyond working hours is something nobody likes.
