In initial days of Anshin Software Pvt. Ltd. it was great to work. Even today's also HOD's are quite reasonable but they actually have no option for betterment. Personal relation between senior and junior is really great.

Dislikes

In NRIFT time, company have no ambition and aggressiveness to achieve goals. Some senior managers, VPs are more ken about comfort zone with a group inefficient engineers, who never argues on decision and implementation process. Mainly because of that overall health is getting bad.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? 1. Projects - most of them are legacy applications built for the Capital Markets 2. No enhancements or upgradations are happening in terms of technology. Someone looking for growth in terms of technology will not feel motivated to work. 3. People with the business knowledge have an edge over the others as most of the enhancements require a deep understanding of the business. 4. No proper training sessions are conducted for the new joiners to make then acquainted to capital market terminologies and the flow of business. 3. Appraisal system is very unclear. Favouritism is reflected when someone close to the manager and management gets better ratings than others. 4. Very strict WFH policy of just 4 days WFH in a month. For any additional WFH request, one has to go through a tough approval process. 5. Salary for existing employees is not as per the market standards. 6. Only new hires and freshers are provided with good salary. After that it depends on the appraisal system, which is not very transparent. 7. During Puja festival earlier the company used to provide good gifts. After 2021, no gifts are provided anymore....Read More

They used to give good benefits to employees. no Diwali gifts. The Bonus was terrible this year. In mid term appraisal time they gave rating and told any increment will be added to the year end bonus. This time the year end bonus is less than previous year. That does not make any sense.
