Dislikes

They used to give good benefits to employees. no Diwali gifts. The Bonus was terrible this year. In mid term appraisal time they gave rating and told any increment will be added to the year end bonus. This time the year end bonus is less than previous year. That does not make any sense. CEO promised to give good increment this year to the basic pay. But they didn't keep their word. Last year the hike was around 20%. This year its 6%....Read More

Dislikes

As usual things may get delayed sometimes maybe the release process and other things that goes a lot beyond working hours is something nobody likes.
