...ime the year end bonus is less than previous year. That does not make any sense. CEO promised to give good increment this year to the basic pay. But they didn't keep their word. Last year the hike was around 20%. This year its 6%.

Likes

1. Office environment and culture is good. 2. Additional allowance is provided for those travelling to office for work (not incase of WFH) 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Work Life Balance is good in most of the projects.

Dislikes

...r any additional WFH request, one has to go through a tough approval process. 5. Salary for existing employees is not as per the market standards. 6. Only new hires and freshers are provided with good salary. After that it depends on the appraisal system, which is not very transparent. 7. During Puja festival earlier the company used to provide good gifts. After 2021, no gifts are provided anymore.

1. One of the best companies to join as fresher. 2. Salary is very competitive. 3. In-depth learning of core java. 4. Few projects have very good stack (spring boot, spring batch, etc.)

Sometimes Work Life Balance can take a hit.

1. Work Life Balance is a myth 2. No work from home facility 3. Unprofessional attitude of many employees 4. HR policies are not clear and major decisions come as a surprise to employees 5. Not much projects in the company 6. Strict arrival time but no fixed time to leave the office

Likes

There is no fixed timing as long as the work is delivered. The work culture is not as toxic as in other companies. Everyone is polite and respectful.

Dislikes

The scope to learn is really really limited. They pay almost the same amount to graduates as well as postgraduates with a business degree if they start as a fresher.
