1. Good learning curve if you are a fresher. 2. The domain is good. So, lots of opportunity in similar domains after this. Also, "Nomura" tag helps a bit, but then it's kind of a hoax only.

Dislikes

1. Tech stack is outdated given the evolving tech space, but that depends on the assigned projects. In some projects, tech stack is good too. 2. The business domain they are in has a lot of potential and very less competitors. But, still they are not able to tap into the full potential. 3. Office politics. 4. Perks and benefits are not good except few. 5. Micro management and work-life balance
