Learning opportunities as fresher, few excellent mentors and that's it.

There are lot of things to dislike mentioning few of them: 1. Most of the projects are based on enhancements and older technologies. 2.Poor work distribution people who are honest with their work aren't recognized rather over loaded with more and more work.People who are a liability aren't held accountable. 3.Zero work life balance.Your ambitions and dreams are of no importance to the organization. Company fails to follow its own policies in matters like compensatory leaves. 4.There is no limit to the exploitation though official sign out time is 5:00 pm but the bus provided by the office leaves at 5:45 pm .Most of the employees are seen working till 5:30 pm in the office.(20 days*1/2 hr = 10 man hours/month which can be considered as 1 man day, employees don't even realies this). 5.Instead of recognizing quality work timings are given at most importance.Employees who are making organisational dream as their own and work till late evenings, get easily noticed when they are late by 5 or 10 mins. 6.No formal environment. People address each other using dada/didi and mostly converse in bengali or hindi. You might take initiative by yourself but work environment has a significant impact in ones life as you are spending 10 hrs on avg at this place....Read More
