Employees is a good part of company but the management is worst. Appraisal is like a dream. They will never appreciate you. They will demotivate you.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. People working here apart from HR team is very helpful and nice.

Dislikes

They are a growing startup, but they treat themselves as a MNC, I'm not talking about directors and founders of the company. I'm talking about HR team. They don't solve your issues. Salary is poor part of the job, doing work and not getting paid enough is the worst part of a job
